Southern Thermal Systems, a Texas-based manufacturer's sales representative company, was founded in early 1995 by Marty Benegalia with the purpose of offering quality heat treat/thermal processing equipment and supplies to their customers on a regional basis. Today, STS has an impressive product offering of new equipment, supplies, and some used equipment that suits all of your thermal processing needs.
We provide cost-effective, top-quality vacuum furnaces, integral quench batch heat-treating furnaces, systems, custom ovens, box furnaces, and lab ovens/furnaces that meet and exceed our customer's metallurgical and production requirements in aerospace, automotive, oil and gas production, energy, medical, and other industries.
Through the companies we represent, we offer everything from vacuum furnaces, atmosphere batch and pusher furnaces, vacuum carburizing, conventional batch heat-treating furnaces, aluminum processing ovens, to completely integrated and automated processing and control systems, and we have the engineering expertise to convert your production goals into production realities.
We also offer water systems, part grids and fixtures, energy management systems, vacuum pump rebuilds, and industrial flow measurement/controls, coating, and retort furnaces. We also offer a full range of nitrogen generators.
